Every day, over 1500 people die from cancer in North America and every one will ask the same question ….. “WHY? Why did I get cancer?” For the past forty years medical science has spent billions of dollars on cancer research and is calling for millions more for the same endeavor. Could there be an overlooked and undervalued treatment for cancer that could save lives?
First, let’s understand that in order for cancer to start growing and spread throughout a body, there has to be the right internal environment in place. It must be very acidic, low in oxygen, have a depressed immune system and have lots of sugar as food for growth. I believe that the overuse of prescription antibiotics given at a very early age or even to mothers during pregnancy can set this stage. Antibiotics kill off both the bad and good bacteria resulting in an imbalance that is prime breeding ground for yeast and fungus growth. When fungi takes advantage of the bacteria’s absence, a wide variety of illness develops, including cancer.
The fact that cancer cells and fungi are similar in many ways may be more than just a coincidence. Both can metabolize nutrients in the absence of oxygen. Both must have sugar to survive. Both produce lactic acid. Both respond to antifungal medicines and both will die in the absence of sugar. The “secondary” fungal infection that develops during the course of chemotherapy may simply be allowing the primary, fungal problem to come to the surface.
The second main cause of cancer is the day-to-day foods that we eat. These processed foods promote a very unhealthy intestinal system: one that throws off the acid/alkaline balance and creates the environment for disease to start.
Cancer patients can increase their odds for success by adapting the “anti-cancer diet” that is low in carbohydrates and, next, by killing the fungi already in their body with prescriptive or natural antifungals. Taking a fiber supplement will help detox the intestinal system and, finally, the use of probiotics will re-establish the good bacteria. This program should be used during chemotherapy or radiation treatments to help offset the harsh side effects, to gain energy and to speed up the healing process.
