Diabetes means your blood glucose (blood sugar) is too high. There are two types of diabetes. Type 1 diabetes means the beta cells in the pancreas have been destroyed. Type 2 diabetes is more common. It starts with insulin resistance (pre-diabetes) where the body's cells do not use insulin properly. The pancreas produces more insulin to compensate but eventually, it can't keep up with demand.
Pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes are controllable by making changes to your nutrition and lifestyle choices. Type 1 diabetics can also benefit by making these same changes. The goal is to have a blood glucose level in the "normal" range.
You don't have to suffer the ill effects of diabetes if you understand how to eat properly for your condition. It's not as hard as you might think. I share my knowledge about diabetes and nutrition with others through my customized diabetes support program.
I start by meeting with you in the comfort of your own home. The initial interview will discuss the following topics:
An iridology examination will also be performed to see the levels of stress on various organs and glands such as the heart, kidney, liver, stomach, pancreas, thyroid and adrenal. This examination will then be cross-referenced with the interview. Based on this information, I then design a custom program for you. Not only do I develop the program, but I monitor your progress on a weekly basis to ensure you're able to follow the program diligently and to see if there are any changes in your health condition.
The research between nutrition and cancer concludes there are significant links between nutrition and cancer. Whether you or a loved one have cancer or you want to minimize your risks of getting it, my cancer support program can be a valuable tool to help you achieve good health.
